12 years old.
What do you do when you’re not playing in the LSO?
Master Auto Technician. Golf. Five Grandchildren. Two African Grey parrots + two dogs + Wife = VERY BUSY.
When, or how, did you come to join the orchestra?
I joined in 1992 after I left Miami, Florida, due to Hurricane Andrew.
Do you play in any other musical groups?
Not anymore, but I used to play in a 17-piece dance band as well as rock and Latin bands.
Do you come from a musical family?
Yes. My uncle played Bass Trombone with Tommy Dorsey.
Does the instrument you play on have a story?
204 Bach 42. Open wrap with Thayer valve. Modified lead pipe.
Are you originally from Lansdowne/Philadelphia?
No, I am from Miami.
