The Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra welcomes inquiries from interested musicians. We are an outstanding all-volunteer community orchestra that performs ambitious and exciting programming. Rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-9:30pm, September through May.  We perform five concerts each season on Sunday afternoons, with a dress rehearsal the preceding Saturday afternoon.

Positions are available for the following:

• All String Sections (violin, viola, cello, bass)

We are always looking for string players!. Although the brass, wind and percussion chairs are currently filled, we do frequently need substitutes or additional musicians in these sections for larger works.

Please fill out the form below for more information and indicate your instrument and tell us a little bit about your orchestral experience.
