Free Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra concert offered to first-timers and fans

The Symphonic Spark, a pop-up concert event sponsored by the Upper Darby Arts & Education Foundation, in partnership with Lansdowne Symphony Orchestra, will take place at 3 p.m. Sunday, May 19 at St. Laurence Church Parish Hall, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby.

The concert is designed specifically for first-time concert goers, the young and young-at-heart, as well as symphonic music aficionados. Everyone can enjoy a fusion of music, narration and education to ignite and kindle a love of orchestral music.

There is no admission, but ticket reservations are requested.
